Thank You

Almost a year has passed since I went to India, and reflecting on everything has made me realise that there is a glaring gap in my blog, that I should have filled a long time ago. I need to thank all of those who not only made this possible, but also those who guided, supported and kept me company along the way.

My first thanks goes to Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. He wrote about Swami Rama’s Trail of Rama in his book ‘At the Eleventh Hour’. I spoke to him prior to my journey, and he guided me throughout. Thank you.

My second of course to my parents. They supported me in spite of the many worries they had, and I know they were with me, wherever I went.

My third to my Naniji, my grandma. Naniji set up a bank account for me when I was born, and it would turn out to be one that funded my trip. It was her constant thought of the wellbeing of all those around her, that made this trip possible for me. She loved the Ramayana and I know she would have been thrilled to know what I did.

My fourth to the rest of my family. They looked after me whilst I was India, and supported me from home.

My final thanks, goes to all of you, and all those who have read my blog. I wanted to share the experiences I had, and your consistent support made me feel as though I was never short of company.  I would write and post throughout my journey and your comments kept me going. You took the time to hear about the Trail of Rama for which I will always be grateful for.

Thank you for a lifetime of memories
